When will my order ship ?
Orders with Ground Shipping will be processed and shipped in up to 2 business days. All expedited orders placed before 3:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the same day.
Which carrier do you use ?
We use UPS.
How do I track my order ?
We will send you an email that contains your tracking information once the order has been shipped.
Do I have to sign for my package ?
All orders over $300 will require a signature. In addition, any order that is delivered to a business address will require a signature as well.
What is your return policy ?
You can return items that are in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) with tags in tack unless it is a sale items which in that case is deemed non returnable. We do not pay for shipping on returns unless it is a damaged item. Non-clothing items such as jewelry, handbags and scarves are non-returnable. All return/damages request must be made within 3 days upon delivery of merchandise.
I have a damaged item, what do I need to do ?
Please take TWO pictures of damaged product and email to firstname.lastname@example.org. One is a detailed picture of the damaged part with the item description and the other is a full picture of the item. Upon receiving the picture of the damage, you will be sent a return-shipping label. A store credit or replacement will be issued at that time.
How long does it take for me to get a store credit/refund ?
It will take 1-3 business days to process store credits/refunds from the date your merchandise is received.
Can I return final sale items ?
No, we don't accept returns or exchanges on sale merchandise.
Is it secure to enter my credit card information on your site ?
Yes it is! Orders that are placed on our site are all encrypted using SSL technology to ensure that your transactions are protected.
What forms of payment do you accept ?
We accept all forms of credit cards and debit cards. For international customers, we take bank wire transfer only.
What is a Pre-Order ?
A Pre-Order means the merchandise is coming soon and may be reserved before it is available for shipment (Must paid in full).
I saw an item on the website and it is no longer there. Why ?
Item quantities are limited and are removed from the site once they are no longer available for purchase.
